Policies
Cancellations are required 24hour in advance of the appointment. Cancellation for Sisterlock Installations require a 48 hour notification. Cancellation without the 48 hour notification will forfeit the 50% deposit. Clients more than 15 minutes late without notification may be subject to rescheduling. Clients not providing any notice of not being able to come to a scheduled appointment may be refused future service.
Services are performed on natural hair or individuals transitioning to natural hair only, and thus synthetic hair, extensions or weaves are services not offered by Senoj Natural Hair Care.
Your appointment time is time spent on you and you alone.
I do not double book and pride myself in the fact that I can provide your locks with immediate and undivided attention that they deserve.
